My review is not for this branch particularly but for all of Orrstown. I swapped 2 years ago from PNC to peoples bank because PNC sucked. Every time I went I’d see new faces who could care less about their customers. Peoples bank was a breath of fresh air, everyone took the time to know their customers and genuinely cared about us. I’d have branches I’d never been to remember my name the second time I came in. When Orrstown bought them out, I was assured they’d stay the same.
