Good smaller bank. I give it 4 stars because their ATM eats your cash, and since it is now managed by a 3rd party it takes weeks to get the issue fixed. I would definitely recommend if you are depositing to go into the bank or use the drive thru. Apparently in 3 months it has happened to about 6 people. Thats an average of once every 2 weeks. Not good at all. Other than that its a good bank. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Kelsey has been extremely helpful as we opened an account for my son. The team has been efficient in answering the questions and requests that we have. We will continue to travel to the Brogue office for our banking needs since Kelsey has been there - we appreciate her responsiveness and accuracy! Thanks!
