I have banked with Bank of America for so many years and I am actually a platinum honors client with them. I only opened an account originally people’s bank now Orrstown Bank few years ago because I needed a local branch where I currently live. My experience recently with this bank has really been appalling to say the least. Awesome bank and great rates. They have fantastic customer service. I have been banking here since I was a kid and highly recommend the bank. Great products and fantastic customer service!!
If I wanted to call a call center and wait on hold 15 minutes for a representative to transfer me to my local branch to make an appointment I would bank with bank of america or another large chain. You already closed my local branch. After about 20 years of banking with my local bank I'm just going to a large chain bank. Friendly staff but not a small town bank anymore.
