Had my receptionist call to get information about their business offerings. She's new and still in training, so she ended up in the wrong department. They did not try to help her get to the right department, they just hung up on her. Thoroughly dissatisfied, wouldn't bring my business here if they paid me to. I'll go with Santander since they actually know how to behave professionally on the phone.
