Crappy company poor management
This 5 star review is for Julie Fisher who works at the desk. She is always helpful, kind, and personally makes sure that all my bank needs are met. I highly recommend.
Had my receptionist call to get information about their business offerings. She's new and still in training, so she ended up in the wrong department. They did not try to help her get to the right department, they just hung up on her. Thoroughly dissatisfied, wouldn't bring my business here if they paid me to. I'll go with Santander since they actually know how to behave professionally on the phone.
