I have used People's bank more than 13 years, and loved it. I am now in the process of finding another bank. Their merger with Orrstown was a terrible decision. The policy changes, and the customer service, especially at the west Manchester location is just not acceptable. Being a loyal client for so many years means absolutely nothing in the end. Definitely do not recommend!
