Hi, sure I would be willing to share. I have been banking with Peoples (now Orrstown) for over 20 years. I have ran all my personal finances, business finances as well as commercial loans through your bank. Last week I entered the branch at 9:30 with a wire request for some equipment I purchased. Excellent team members
This bank has been the absolute worst since orrstown took over peoples bank, CONSTANT overdraft fees for being a couple cents negative. Its unreasonable. Currently searching for another bank
For the last week, I have been unable to check my account for balance, deposited, and deductions. I’m absolutely furious considering I’ve been banking with Peoples for almost 20 years. Ready to switch to a bank that doesn’t shut down all services for a week!
Over a 30 min wait In the hot drive through line at 3pm because they can't be bothered to let anyone in their lobby at that time. They also weren't taking anyone from the drive through line for at least 15 mins as they closed the lobby. Then they had the audacity to treat me rudely. I need a new bank
