Staggeringly rude front desk lady. I'm not surprised to see only one review also 1 star.
If there were a way to leave zero stars I would. This company has a history of deceptive and predatory loan practice. Their reps will stop at nothing to get a signature, and will exploit their customers in every way possible. I would never recommend doing business with a firm of such low moral character.
