Had such a great experience at M&T bank in Vernon this morning. Shannon Toccaline went above and beyond for me. I went here to ask a few questions and maybe set up an account, I wasn’t in the best mood because I had just came from a completely different bank that was rude to work with. After trying to get through three timed with no one answering I finally got through to someone. I put a check in the night drop in the morning. It wasn’t posted. I got a snarky gal who Basically counseled me to bring it in next time!!!! Wow. Can’t anyone do Their job correctly?

Great staff, very helpful, and great customer service. But customer volume is far too high after consolidating the tri-city and Stop & Shop branches. Also, the hours are shorter now, which is compressing foot traffic volume per hour. Not sure I've seen a line out the door at a bank before.
