I have been a People’s United Bank customer in 3 states since 2001 and this is why: The people at every People’s branch treat you as though you are their only customer. It is like small town banking used to be. The staff is always customer service oriented, do whatever they can to help, treat you as though they truly value your business and all with a smile.
