Staff were unprofessional. I went in with my mom to open up an account (I’m a teen) and miraculously after sitting for nearly 15 seconds after she said it would be a few minutes she said.. “there’s only two staff available today do you think you could come back on Monday? What time works best for you?” Wow I didn’t know I was booking a doctor’s appointment. So we left after being in there for a minute in a half, and we wont be going back. If you ever wanna use a bank, go literally anywhere else. This was ridiculous.
Abysmal customer service. Run from this bank.
I have just moved to NH. The only drivers license I had was a temporary NH license. The clerk and the manager were very rude about my closing my account. I used the card at Gloucester Savings in Ipswich Ma. They were more than happy to help me. If you have a transaction more difficult than a simple transaction I would go somewhere else. I’d actually go somewhere else period.
Nice location in downtown Hamilton. The staff was very friendly and handled my transaction quickly.
