My local Farmingdale branch has been closing on Saturdays out of nowhere so I came to this one to simply cash my weekly check that my boss gives me… I have never ever had a problem cashing it until I came to this branch where are the rudest employees tried to tell me the check was filled out wrong when it was filled out how it always is I have never once had a problem except for with this branch… Safe to say I’m going to start an account with Chase I was thinking of starting with them no way
Very inconvenient! I went to this branch to cash a check from my employer, who has their business account with Peoples United Bank. Because I don't have an account with them they said they were unable to cash my employers check and that the only way they could help me was to open an account with them. If they are this inconvenient when there trying to win my business I can only imagine how inconvenient they are when they have my money! I'll stick with my credit union.
