This bank and specifically this branch are the absolute worst. We just moved to town and needed a new bank. The account took two hours to set up. If I have gone to the bank or the ATM ten times nine they were having technical difficulties and I couldn't get my banking done. I've had a little better luck at the Waterbury branch but I shouldn't have to drive there too do my banking. I am going to have to find time to change banks because I can't keep doing this.
