Convenient location and friendly staff.
Great customer service buy this bank is not good at all about to close my account . When waa peoples bank everything work good with deposit and payment now is the worse bank I ever used. Example you deposit your check and you can't use your own money after 3 business days. Since when peoples need to wait 3 days to used they own money. Thus is ridiculous.
This review is not for this branch as I haven't had the opportunity to visit the excellent employees I'm certain who work here. It's for the company they now work for. People's United was a great bank. I used them for more years than I care to count. Before the transition, Peoples United bank was a friendly bank. After Peoples changed to M and T, it became a DREADFUL bank to deal with. I moved my savings out as quickly as I could and the bank didn't make it easy.
