As far as customer service, I have hardly had a problem. My problem with this branch is the hidden fees that we are slapped with. I am about to research whether this goes on in other banks, but did you know that you are charged \$2 if you use the ATM machine...AT YOUR OWN BRANCH!!!! Recently, Peoples Bank sold our local branch over to another bank. Up until that point, we had good things to say about the bank. After this process started, I never saw such uncaring people in a bank in my life. We didnt want to switch over to the new bank, but got a huge run around and kept being told that they were making it easy for their customers. I love banking with Peoples 7days a week, I can shop and bank at the same time!!! Website is great, customer service is always the best. locations all over CT.
