Average drive-thru wait time is muuuuuuch longer than at Farmington Bank. Today I was waiting almost 10 minutes, and finally left without making a deposit. No longer convenient banking.
Worst bank ever I would never recommend any one to get a people bank account.
I have been using this bank for years, it's very good. The workers are nice. It's open 7 days a week, even on some holidays. Unfortunately, the Branch manager David has been so disrespectful verbally, emotionally, and looks down to woman and to the ladies that work there as well. We will not be returning until he's fired. I have a mother and a sister and if someone spoke to them the way he speaks to his workers I would not tolerate it.
