Unstable online banking. Requires a security code every time I log in. Customer service doesn't respond to questions sent through the online banking site. Trying to edit an online Bill Pay makes the site crash. Trying to log back in is a nightmare. I miss Peoples Bank. Guess I'll be moving my money elsewhere.
Need more updates to complicated the step a the search need improvement on how to be more accurate
Been with them for 8 years and it has been a nightmare to say the least. You go under by even a cent and you’re charged up to your neck in overdraft fees. Terrible security, have been charged twice over the last month by mysterious places and had to order 3 cards, the first one didn’t even come in the mail, ordered another, came in, and within 2 weeks got another random charge and am now currently waiting on another card, can’t even pay my bills now because of it.
