I normally do not write reviews but the policy I encountered with this bank this morning was so ridiculous I had to share. I went into the bank to exchange (4) \$20 bills for smaller bills and was told that since I did not have an account there they could not exchange the bills. I was exchanging cash for cash. I was not asking to cash a check. I have no idea why a bank would not exchange cash for cash. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone banking at this facility.
