Lady at drive through shorted me $0.75 when cashing my check. Didn't notice it until I got home which is an hour away.

I do not like this bank.3 days it has taken me to set up,online banking,Never called me when my card came in.Never told me about the 10.00 minimum i needed to keep in there.No one does what they say.And I just wanted it for direct deposit for work.As well as an easier way to check my account.don't bank there.
this has to be one of the most backwoods runned banks in the country. always a negative experience when i deal with them. the reason for dealing with them is because my roomie has an account there. believe me if i dont have to i dont!
