This company's backs the Mastercard portion of my employers payroll deposits and they are the absolute worst company to deal with on the phone they are all foreigners so communication is shotty at best only worsened by the lack of tools on their end to help you with any of you issues. Pathetic company who stole my money.
if it would be the option to put No star I would put. Never deal with this cheat financial institution. Agents are not properly trained. I had deposit with them and because of some compliance issue they don't want me to keep as client so they suppose to send me money by online transfer as i have invested but they sent me cheque in Fedex and didn't give me trackign number or any message that cheque has been issued and Fedex guy didn't deliver to my door and just drop at pick up location. Never, ever. Do not use this company, do not buy a prepaid card if they have anything to do with it. Crooks and thieves dressed up like a financial services company. Virtually any other prepaid card is better and doesn't steal your money. Neat, the courts proved that what they did was illegal and they have had to pay a settlement.
