Yesterday Driver of bus HF3 ran me out of my lane into the left turn lane near Oakwood hospital, I also could see her laughing in the driver's outside mirror. Called and complained. I called back today, not hearing anything, and they "talked" to her. She said,"no one would let her in the lane so he forced her way in." I mean REALLY? This was an extremely dangerous move in a 40,000 lbs bus. Probably got a slap on the wrist. Cant give zero stars, so had to give one.
