People should avoid this company. If I could, I would give 0 star for this guy, John Nguyen. He is not reliable. Made an appointment more than a month ago to do my tax. I was on time gir my appointment, he was not even there. Made me wait for 30 mins. Then asked me sone questions and told me to go home, give him a week to do my tax. I said okay. Waited for a week, didn't give me any updates. I called and he asked me to give him until after March 15th. Okay. Waited again until 17th, no update. Called him and he said he was si... read more
