They have refused to file my simple taxes for over 4 months. Repeatedly told me they were filed and still refuse to file them. I have been repeatedly lied to. It’s illegal to withhold filing my return. They agreed to prepare and file my tax return, represented that they would, and then failed to do so. Take your business elsewhere.
