Theresa setup my bank account wrong and my money was locked up two days later. When I called to speak to the women she was rude and continued to speak over me telling me she knows what she is doing and it’s not her fault. I asked her to stop talking over me because the upper management of her company is putting all the blame on her. She told me not to come to her branch to solve this issue and hung up on me.
