If being a financial blood sucker is something to be admired, then, Sam, you are 100% correct in your kudos towards this lending facility.
The tellers at this bank are excellent. They are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, this cannot be said of all the employees. An experience with one of the higher-ups of this facility tarnished the good work the tellers do. This individual is in serious need of some customer relations training. Hurling juvenile insults and hanging up on customers is NOT a good impression to leave.
This bank has great service and excellent people! i gave this bank a 5 star rating. So i hope you visit there and see all the great things!
