Very rude!! Tried to call to report potentially check fraud and the lady hung up in my face. Her name is Mary. Not sure if she thought I was a scam but she was very rude about the situation
I was not able to access my online banking thru the website, on my cell, however, Angie, Sami, Jen and Joan helped resolve the issue. They did not give up until the problem was corrected. Great teamwork gals!! Thank you so much for all your help!!
