Will be switching due to the rude people at the window and inside. They act like their job is an inconvenience. Every single time I call they all sigh because they have to work…… clean house and reset. Every other branch is fine, but unfortunately I live with this one is the closest one.
After a big mess of buying a product from a company that was not real and turned out to be a scam and seem to me that I was just out of luck, Jennifer at this bank went out of her way to make sure the problem was corrected when she actually didn’t have to. I have been with Peoples State Bank of Newton in Illinois for a little over a year or more and all I can really say is they are the best bank I’ve ever dealt with in a long time, the ladies and gentlemen that work there are amazing awesome people courteous kind and take care of things that need to be taken care of for you.
