Unprofessional and rude seemed like they would rather be anywhere else
A teller deposited money in a wrong account and took days to straighten out. They don’t verify account or ID before making deposits. Kasasa is a joke! You don’t get money they promise. Staff is not helpful and unprofessional.
PSB does a nice job. Their pleasant tellers always recognize, do their best to handle transactions quickly and smoothly and with a smile. We’ve been customers for 16 years. We’ve used loan services, have multiple accounts, and have never had an issue.
