I again tried to use the cash machine on Meadow Ave, Scranton Pa on Tue, June 13 and couldn't get money from the machine. It has been down since the previous week. This machine is constantly either out of money or broke and it don't seem like Peoples Security Bank and Trust care about their customers that need cash. If they can't manage to keep a cash machine functioning how can we trust them with our money. No matter how many times we complain they do nothing. The manager of these machines and CEO should be fired.
