Good medicine Bozeman went above and beyond to help me get reimbursed from my insurance. United Healthcare was being annoying as they always are and the Good Medicine team called them and sat on the phone for literal hours to figure out what Byzantine forms were needed for reimbursement. I cannot thank them enough for this above and beyond work that is allowing me to get reimbursed. Thank you!!
I booked an appointment and showed up on time with my son sleeping in his stroller. Only when I arrived was I told that children were not allowed in the treatment room, and the staff even asked if “someone was coming to pick him up.” Obviously not—I had driven all the way there with him, and if I had known this in advance, I never would have booked.
