Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and called and lied to the cops. Wonder if they lie to their customers.

Always a warm, welcoming atmosphere when I visits the West Frankfort branch. The ladies are all really knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need help with anything. They go out of their way to make their customers feel valued.
I love this bank!! All of their employees are always so kind and helpful! They go above and beyond every time I go in there! I wish more places paid such close attention to customer service as the People's National Bank in West Frankfort do! Keep up the amazing work ❤️
I hate the bank had 0 sense and put the ATM on a lane. They close the other lanes so a quick atm trip gets you stuck. A smart bank would close the drive up lane with ATM to be convenient or be smart enough to put in the outer lane. Dumbest thing. Hate it.
