Always a warm, welcoming atmosphere when I visits the West Frankfort branch. The ladies are all really knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need help with anything. They go out of their way to make their customers feel valued.
I love this bank!! All of their employees are always so kind and helpful! They go above and beyond every time I go in there! I wish more places paid such close attention to customer service as the People's National Bank in West Frankfort do! Keep up the amazing work ❤️
I hate the bank had 0 sense and put the ATM on a lane. They close the other lanes so a quick atm trip gets you stuck. A smart bank would close the drive up lane with ATM to be convenient or be smart enough to put in the outer lane. Dumbest thing. Hate it.
Everything is a hassle at the local West Frankfort branch, apparewntly their customer policies are differ from every other branch they have or maybe its the prejudice managers or officers persnal opinions that dictate the policy.
