I’ve always had good experiences here.
The branch manager refused to cash a Peoples National Bank check for my Hispanic husband. We took the same check to our own bank, Chase and they were able to deposit the check with no problems. The manager at Chase let us know what the Branch Manager at Peoples National Bank did was illegal. We will file a discrimination complaint.
This is the second time I've had a poor experience at this branch. Due to the Manager who emasculated me. It isnt my fault you don't take care of yourself 1 STAR TO HER. LEJLA MADE ME CHANGE YOUR TERRIBLE REVIEW TO A 5 STAR WITH HER GREAT SERVICE. ... Lejla is AMAZING! I needed to cash a check 5 minutes before closing. She is amazing. The check was for 5100 bucks. I needed it to purchase a vehicle at 11AM the next day. This lady should run the place. She is literally saving the store from the unpleasant manager.
