What a great place. I remember going there some forty years ago to see a play kabuki athello. Recently I had the honor to go see "Tommy and Me" A play written by Ray Didinger. Absolutely.Amazing from laughing to crying.Any stage play that can bring out that much emotion from the crowd is truly a special play. Theater is back and it's very close to us.Do yourself a favor and go take in a show with the people's light?You will not be disappointed. Tommy and me runs until february first.
I just attended my first play there tonight. It's no wonder this magical place is called People's Light. I laughed and cried, and I left feeling uplifted and hopeful about the world. Wonderful, tremendously talented cast and a beautiful location. Magic was felt by all. Thank you - my family and I will be back on many more occasions.
