This Bank is a fraud I have a prepaid visa with this Bank and they change my nip without my consent and I try 3 time and they block my card it was Friday and I call and they told me my card is blocked call after 24 hours I call Saturday and it was closed then I call Monday and they told me my card is blocked for 300 days and they are laffing at me I add my last 415$ in this card now I have nothing to eat because of this Bank they are infiltrated by motorcycle club its run by organization crime don't put your money in there d... read more
Omg the customer service is horrible! Trying to find out simple information is like pulling teeth and they are very unprofessional and give you attitude and will over talk you while your in mid sentence! I would never deal with a bank that had phone customer service like that! They really should fire a few of them and get more professional people dealing with customers
This company is in charge of the Go gift cards which is a scam. Those prepaid cards cannot be used and this company is not refunding them and still continue to sell them. Awful customer service.
