KOHO has logged me out of my account & has refused to send me an email to update my password for about a month now. Not to mention when speaking with 2 KOHO staff members they’ve stopped the cordial conversation I’ve had with them randomly. Offering no help at all to resolve the account issues I’ve had. Koho is entirely a scam. When you deposit money into an account you are the lender and the institution is the debtor. If they are charging you interest instead of paying you interest, they are worse than loan sharks and not financial institutions. It should be illegal. Hilarious as it is, if you ask the Koho chatbot if Koho is a scam it answers honestly. I really don't think there are honest humans that work there, but they have corrupted their chatbots algorithms sufficiently to meet their level of charlatanism. There are l... read more
