There is dishonesty in their services for prepaid credit cards. Not happy with my experience! I will never buy prepaid cards as a gift and won't accept any from now on. I learned my lesson!
PayPower pre-paid MasterCard is a scam. When I tried to use the $100 card that was given to me as a gift, it was declined. Customer service said it was used fraudulently by someone else and there is nothing they can do. They will not refund the card. I genuinely feel this is straight-up fraud. One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever gone through. This bank should be shut down by the federal government.
I would put 0 star if I would have option. My advice please don't do business with this unethical chat financial institution. My son had GIC and he funded thorough external link account but after maturity we requested to return through same bank, but they sent cheque through Fedex but didn't notify or give tracking number that they have sent cheque and due to that cheque was stayed at Staples (FedEx pick up location) and my son didn't know that cheque is arrived at location even my son was constantly asking about update but ... read more
This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Try and talk to someone to get an answer to any question. You will not succeed.
Criminals, I used their Koho company and was completely screwed over by their financial lies. They registered a horrible mark on my credit over $100. When I contacted the "Peoples Group" they ignored me and said it wasn't them. You'd think if you owned the company you would be concerned about their operations and behaviours. Not at , biz as usual I guess.
