This is my third time shopping with people's furniture. Billy is outstanding to work with!!! More than a pleasurable shopping experience!!
Disappointing is an understatement! When we moved here in Aug. 2015, we needed carpet for our new home. We wanted to deal locally rather than one of the big box stores so we bought from People's. We purchased carpet/pad because it came with a warranty and with the expectation it would arrive in a week. While we waited .. and waited, trying to get feedback about a delivery date, we camped in our camper with our furniture crammed into the garage. If you get an estimate from People's Furniture get it in blood, because they don't honor written estimates. They will replace your flooring and then add $600 to your bill because they "misquoted" and "misordered".
The worst experience EVER!!! I never write reviews. However, I have to share this in hopes of helping other consumers. We recently shopped @ People's Furniture in Weiser & had the most unprofessional & rude customer service ever experienced! And come to find out that it was with the owner, Susan Wagner...un-real! In these tough economical times & in such a small town...not a smart business plan for that owner! I would NEVER recommend shopping at this horrible store!
