We've made three trips to this bank. "You need proof of residency." "It can't be returned mail" (it's forwarded actually, y'know, to his NEW ADDRESS). So we go in again with a bill sent with his address on it. "It can only be a utility bill." Well where tf was that piece of information last trip? First we're told any mail and then another one tells us utility. He moved in with me, he doesn't pay the bills! I already hate this place.
