The people know us my name. My favorite help is Elizabeth. She is a great teller and knows about all I have asked. If she did not know she quickly got an answer from the other people in the office.
I have been using this credit union for about 6 years and have always been very please with their friendly and helpful service.
Had to stop using them after over 12 years, service kept going down and down. Did not even try to understand why i thought i wasnt getting good service, one person told me they know they dont provide good service and left it there. Hard to get people to assist with anything and everything never works right. Do not bank here
