I have been using this credit union for about 6 years and have always been very please with their friendly and helpful service.

Had to stop using them after over 12 years, service kept going down and down. Did not even try to understand why i thought i wasnt getting good service, one person told me they know they dont provide good service and left it there. Hard to get people to assist with anything and everything never works right. Do not bank here

This is going to be a really honest review and to be honest, I think the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of Crystal. She is the ONLY one at the Canyon branch who knows how to work with people and is very kind. So this is to everyone but her. Today, I was literally standing in line to deposit the extra money to make a payment and had to wait 15 minutes. I was the only one in the lobby.
