I had a problem stopping a grok subscription and they said it was 34 dollars to stop payment and had to be done in person. I asked to speak with a manger ..long hold and disconnected. Called back. Manager unavailable. Fuck them..next month when I have time for direct deposit change..I am out.. Rude, rude people
