This place has really went downhill over the last decade. Can’t seem to get ahold of who I need to speak with after leaving several voicemails. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff that have clearly never left small town Webster City and banked with larger, more established businesses. Unfortunately their close minded ways will probably be the downfall of them. Probably time to get with the times. The world is evolving; this place not so much.

Money over "people" dealing with hardships. Vehicle repossessed, told dollar ammount to reclaim, put off all week only to be told i need a different ammount. Im 100% disabled Veteran. I cant receive my personal belongings because my truck was towed 100 miles away. I recently have the means to afford life again, but ill never recommend this place.
