The bank overall is ok. A little behind the times. No way to pay loan online or over the phone. Also, every time I called the Ellington branch I spoke to this awful woman named Shauna. She was so rude and unhelpful. I could not say 1 of our interactions pleasant. The 1st time I spoke with her I thought maybe I sounded rude and put her on the defense, but every single time we spoke she was rude. Even when I tried to kill her with kindness.
