I come to this bank at least twice a month and I always have a wonderful experience through the drive-thru they are quick and always smiling and they remember who I am which is a plus plus in my book

My debit card wouldn't work. I called to ask what the issue was and was told it needed an update. I asked what update and shouldn't you notify me instead of just turning it off?
