This "bank" is a JOKE!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars! They are the most non-responsive, rude, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional. Obviously not managed well AT ALL. Walk in the door and ask for someone specific, they're "not in" and when you walk out, you'll see them. They avoid clients like the plague. For example, you call and ask for someone, odds are, they're "with a client" or "on the other line" and some how EVERY TIME you call, that's where they'll be. Want to email someone? Still the small hometown type bank but has decent amenities, including online banking, ATMs, and safe deposit boxes. Inconvenient location to get to get into, but the only reason they get 4 stars.
