Yes I went into the peoples Community Bank it Republic Missouri for a for a loan for a machine that moves storage buildings and I was told no they do not make loans on stuff that don't have titles that I know for a fact they have loaned money on zero turn lawnmower so I guess it just depends on who you are pretty unprofessional
