Maria certainly does not provide the same quality service as Michael. After a few years of being a loyal client, I'm no longer doing any business with this entity. Maria has not been responsive at all; when doing your taxes, she does not ask the right questions to properly process your return, she expects you to do your own research and answer all your tax related questions yourself. My architect friend who has never specialized in taxes does a much better job filing her tax returns than Maria did for me.
