Been a customer of People's Choice (and now People First) for years. No issue at most times, but good luck to you if you need to actually call them to get something done. Wait times of around half an hour, and its a lottery if you will get someone at the other end who is helpful or not. Their internal processes are antiquated and inflexible. e.g. you have to call them on the day if you want make an internet banking transfer limit increase. Exemplary customer service from Branch Manager Nadeesh today. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Nadeesh provided me with an easy to read brochure on their everyday accounts and gave very transparent and unbiased advice which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this branch due to the excellent customer service today. Thanks Nadeesh.

Staff is friendly and helpful, Craig is just super fantastic, highly recomended for everyone for their banking need.
