Saturday morning went to Modbury branch to open two accounts. No teller behind counter for 5 minutes. Approx 6 people lined up all asking each do we wait here or sit down. Eventually a teller arrived, started processing customers. I asked to open two accounts. Was directed to take a seat near coffee machine and I would be attended to.
