After 25 years as being a loyal customer I am now forced to move to another bank. My account was frozen causing great personal inconvenience. Apparently transferring funds to a highly regarded Australian cryto exchange ( coinspot) is considered wrong. Dozens of communications with the bank resulted in zero customer service and no meaningful results. Disgraceful and disappointing behaviour from this bank. Regulatory Authorities now investing this bank for breaches of banking regulations. Farewell so called Peoples choice.

People choice is a bad bank I don't recommend this bank they put restrictions on my account for two weeks can't pay rent cause I can't access my on money no food my son cry cause his hungry I got pay from work but the bank is holding it WHY
