After reading some of the reviews I nearly didn't go to the Modbury branch. I can only say I am glad that I did. We went to open a joint account and were seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The young man who looked after us (Kristian) was very friendly and helpful. He explained how to set up internet banking and the Peoples Choice app and made sure we had no concerns before we left. We never felt rushed and all our questions were answered for us. Well done team.
New facade
My 80 year old mother caught a taxi from Athelstone to the credit union today to sort out a money transfer of a considerable amount and after waiting 2 hours to be seen by a staff member was told there was nothing he could do the money was floating around in the nether nether. Terrible and very poor customer service!

Yet again the ATM will not accept cash. It seems every time I try to use it it's broken.
