What a totally useless "new" Website!!!
During an outage while the branch at West Lakes some of the staff were treated with disrespect. Three staff members gave excellent service and handled them selves admirably. Their names are Janette Walton,Koko and Cris. These girls need to be acknowledged for the way they handled an awkward situation. Well done ladies.
Very bad experience.Waited patiently for my turn .15 min.Explained that i need a new card due to my old one damaged.told I should receive one in 10 days.21 days later I called city office and they inform me that there is nil request in their system.Ok.waited Again 10 more days got a new card and letter saying no activation needed to find out it has been blocked.Staff in desperate need to have official trainings to gain the knowledge not to be put in a buddy shift for training that's so unprofessional and on the top of everyt... read more
This bank is useless, it’s a dark and dingy hole even after the remodel. Staff are apathetic and unhelpful, concierge is often off talking to colleagues. ATM will regularly eat deposits and you will need to wait 5 weeks for reimbursement, the staff laugh and joke about it, they know and don’t fix or don’t care.
Nice staff but didn't know how to calculate how much it would cost in fees for early Termination of 3 year Term Deposit. Worked it out in the end but I needed to explain why I wanted my money. Anyway stuck with term Deposit for 2 more years because of exit fees .Reason for wanting to cut ties was because I was locked out of account recently after correctly updating my address.
