Would leave a 0 star review if I could. Absolutely horrible service. Came in today around 3 as me and my partner wanted to open up a joint savings account. Neither of us are members with peoples choice, they were busy so we were sitting and waiting a while which is not their fault and can understand there were trying their hardest. This bank is useless
Their new app is absolutely garbage, it's a massive downgrade for the peoples choice app.
I have spent 3 days at various times trying to make phone contact with this bank with no success . Nothing has changed .I am a long term customer who somtimes cannot get to a branch when i need to , Many places have a quede system with them returning calls to customers .
