Thank you so very much to wonderful staff at Marion Branch Adelaide I didn't get the name of the wonderful human being who, even though branch was closed for the day, took the time on his way out of the office, to ask what was distressing me. He then allowed me to enter the branch wherein another wonderful person (possibly manager) was able to help me. I am astonished by the courtesy shown to me, after the branch had closed! Shockingly BAD. Waited for close to 10 minutes in queue. One teller on - at least 2 other staff walking around seemingly doing next to NOTHING whilst the queue grew and grew. Teller didnt have enough COMMON SENSE to call a second teller. Manager(?) had head in laptop for entire time - herself not having enough COMMON SENSE TO LOOK UP and SEE the queue. Other staff clearly didnt give a damn - there heads were ''stuck'' to their laptoops too. You can do better.
After waiting for 2 weeks for a new business card to be delivered to be told one was not ordered when opening the account. what can I say about that but unbelievable
Not this branch specifically. But seems to have gone downhill since becoming People FIRST (lol). Sometimes a direct debit amount goes up a few dollars and you miss the first adjustment. In the past, it's always gone through for me if slightly short, I guess because there's always plenty of money in the other accounts and regular money coming in. Well this time, the expenses a/c was short by TWO CENTS and they disallowed it AND charged me $5.00 Really? You didn't think you'd be able to recover that 2c, from the remaining $10,... read more
