Wait times and service are a joke. They should not have closed the Blackwood branch.
Peoples first have gone down hill fast. I have been with this organisation since it was Savings and Loans. I am extremely unhappy and the problems I am having are ongoing and no one can help. After all of these years I am thinking to change my banking facilities. Years ago this review number would have been a 5 star. If there was less than 1 star thats what you would be getting.
I've been with this bank for years and years and find their service and products to be exemplary. The staff at Marion always make me feel like a human and not a number, which is wonderful. I'm baffled by the poor reviews here - are they bots from rivals or something? Don't go by the negative reviews here, go and see for yourself.
