this review is for the company not the staff who have tried to help my son. people's choice locked my sons account and after he got in touch by phone and in person they said that it would take 20 days to unlock it for him ..... this is unacceptable
Humiliated cashing a reserve bank check (Other banks take 3 days, this will take 13) Having a huge impact on my family. Had to show ID, & read back a code, then had My signature scrutinized (all in front of my child, & I am a very long term customer). My wages are processed up to 24 hours later than coworkers (who are at other banks). I am weary of the bank & the closing of branches isn't helping. Avoid this bank at all costs. I'm leaving & regret sticking it out so long.
