Humiliated cashing a reserve bank check. Had to show ID, & read back a code, then had My signature scrutinized (all in front of my child, & I am a very long term customer). My wages are processed up to 24 hours later than coworkers (who are at other banks). I am weary of the bank & the closing of branches isn't helping. Avoid this bank at all costs. I'm leaving & regret sticking it out so long.
Worst customer service
Thank you so very much to wonderful staff at Marion Branch Adelaide I didn't get the name of the wonderful human being who, even though branch was closed for the day, took the time on his way out of the office, to ask what was distressing me. He then allowed me to enter the branch wherein another wonderful person (possibly manager) was able to help me. I am astonished by the courtesy shown to me, after the branch had closed!
