After waiting for 2 weeks for a new business card to be delivered to be told one was not ordered when opening the account. what can I say about that but unbelievable
Not this branch specifically. But seems to have gone downhill since becoming People FIRST (lol). Sometimes a direct debit amount goes up a few dollars and you miss the first adjustment. In the past, it's always gone through for me if slightly short, I guess because there's always plenty of money in the other accounts and regular money coming in. I attended the branch to get money out of a locked account, I was advised that if I took the lock off, they wouldn't be able to reapply it. I questioned this, they advised the policies had been reviewed, and it was apparently never a part of their policies to begin with, and it was clogging up their call centre and branches. I expressed the disappointment as I didn't want to have access to my savings, and attending a branch or calling to take money out was helping me to achieve my savings goals.
