Helping others is good 👍
One of the worst experiences ever. The staff are rude pushy and extremely vague into explain to you why they do not allow you to close your account. The whole banking system seems like a scam as to they won’t even let you have your statement and get that they charge you $10 for each month you need a statement for. They refuse to transfer your own money into another account and even with legal documents they refuse to help you. Do not open an account with them. Today when attending the Hollywood Plaza Branch, I was greated by Samantha. I was there for a simple transaction. To be greeted with such genuine politeness and a smile, which in some ways, there is not enough of in a customer service environment was refreshing. We originally went in there to open up an Term Deposit account as the interest rates were higher than our existing bank. Thought while we are here booked an appointment for re financing options. We met Adam and he was amazing. Not only did we re finance but we also got another loan a few months later. Adam is amazing and all staff we have dealt with have been super helpful and welcoming. Greta bank and glad we made the change.
