Helping others is good 👍
One of the worst experiences ever. The staff are rude pushy and extremely vague into explain to you why they do not allow you to close your account. The whole banking system seems like a scam as to they won’t even let you have your statement and get that they charge you $10 for each month you need a statement for. They refuse to transfer your own money into another account and even with legal documents they refuse to help you. Do not open an account with them. Today when attending the Hollywood Plaza Branch, I was greated by Samantha. I was there for a simple transaction. To be greeted with such genuine politeness and a smile, which in some ways, there is not enough of in a customer service environment was refreshing.
