Im glad its closed, the staff were always horrid. They never should have re opened after covid.
It's impossible to login and change the password and email address. I had to go in person to get the app up and running. Even the staff member didn't know how to.
Very abrupt and unhelpful. Go to the Elizabeth Branch if you can. 3 years since this review was left. Today was the first time in 3 years since I have been in the Gawler branch. Nothing has changed. Now sitting in phone queue hoping for someone who doesn't talk down to customers as if they were idiots.
